We want you to love your scrubs as much as we do, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unwashed condition. Whether the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we've made the process simple and stress-free.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely package your items, and drop the parcel off at your nearest authorized shipping location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
